2004 Château Pape Clement Rouge

We fell in love with this château all over again. We were able to spend a few days here last summer. We can only recommend the property, at its finest and very warmly. 1.40 hours directly from Berlin, the château is 20 minutes from the airport. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot. A brilliant achievement by Pape Clement, the remarkable 2004 is one of the wines of the vintage. It has an impenetrable crimson colour, amazing cleanliness and presence on the palate, a sensational texture and is exceptionally elegant and remarkably concentrated. Estimated maturity now until 2032.
