Norbert says:
Among the most exclusive wines of Chablis are those from Domaine Ravenau. One of only a handful of wineries in Chablis, it practices manual harvesting. The expansion is also special and takes place exclusively in used oak barrels. The Montée de Tonnerre parcel only covers around three hectares. This 2007 rarity brings out a wealth of complex aromas and combines them with the austere minerality of flint. Expected maturity now until 2028.
