Norbert says:
Slightly floral on the nose. Rather filigree and light with pronounced minerality. Out of sheer intuition, Remy Pedreno, descendant of Spanish immigrants, switched from computer science to wine and brought in his first harvest in Langlade in 1999. He proved to be a natural. Today the wines that are produced on his 10 ha small winery Roc d' Anglade in the southern French Languedoc are among the most interesting and best in the region. The grape varieties for the Blanc are Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Grenache Gris, Carignan Blanc. Expected maturity now until 2025.
