A cuvée of 3 plots with different soils, ophite, slate and sandstone, from organic/biodynamic cultivation. Yield 35hl/ha, manual harvest in small baskets. Hegoxuri Blanc is a profiled white wine with intense aromas of white exotic and lemony fruits accompanied by floral notes and herbal nuances. On the palate it is persistent, slightly chalky with a wonderful acidity that carries it. Expected maturity now until 2025.
