Norbert says:
Sven Enderle and Florian Moll met 15 years ago at the viticulture school in Freiburg, where they learned their trade. They are located in the small town of Münchweier, about 20 km from Freiburg. About half of the soils consist of shell limestone, so there is a great similarity with Huber's soils. The other part is loess and clay. The Pinot Noir shell limestone presents itself much finer than the Bundsandstein, which is somehow louder and more expressive in the somewhat boyish herbaceousness. There are many playful elements in the shell limestone. Here, too, some herbaceous bitterness, also the freshness, the great length, but the whole dances more finely, more delicately. We are here near the Chambolle Musigny. Expected maturity now until 2028.
