Norbert says:
The highly talented lateral entrants Matthieu Cosse and Catharine Maisonneuve have been managing their winery since 1999. In a very short time, they caused a sensation with their winery and developed into the new stars of the appellation. Their enormously dense and powerful Cahors impress with comparatively gentle tannins, ripe fruit and great elegance. The Cosse-Maisonneuve wines can be drunk relatively early and mature excellently in the bottle. Estimated maturity now until 2033.
