This tiny four-hectare estate owned by Yves and Jean Pierre Serguier is beautifully situated on the plateau behind the village, between the rocky vineyards of Chateau Cabrieres and Domaine de Mont Redon. Slightly diffuse aromas, astonishingly complex for a pure Grenache cuvée, strong tannins, great length, noticeable but not disturbing fire, also a special breed, has an uncomfortable character, which is why we like it so much. Expected maturity now until 2040. Food pairing: wild boar sauerbraten with cranberries and spaetzle
