Spontaneous five-day maceration in stainless steel with all stems. Until February in tonneaux, then in concrete until filling. Not fined or filtered. Very juicy in the mouth, noticeable tannins, hardly any fruit, noticeably works in the mouth. Animating, drinkable and focused. Estimated maturity now until 2026.
