The multiple award-winning Burja Estate has a total of seven vineyards. Following traditional winemaking methods, they also incorporate a modern understanding of wine and seek to balance science and nature throughout the production process. Burja Estate Burja Bela, the rising star of the Slovenian wine scene, is a blend of Malvasia, Ribolla and Welschriesling. The biodynamic wine finds a balance between smoked ham and toasted wood, further notes of sweet elements such as apple, lemon and pear. Expected maturity now until 2026.
