This already very special wine is made from local varieties Malvazija, Welschriesling and Rebula, which grow across the only vineyard called Stranice. The low-yield vines are 60 years old. The grapes are handpicked. Wine was spontaneously fermented and aged in concrete eggs with 10-12 days of skin contact —> minimal intervention, unfiltered.
Food pairing: Cevapcici with coleslaw ;) The power doesn't stop you from worrying.
