Produced just outside the Ribera de Duero appellation, these wines are 100% Tempranillo, fermented in oak barrels and bottled with minimal clarification. The 2000 Vendimia Seleccionada is dense crimson in color and offers a sweet bouquet of black cherries, toasty, spicy new oak, liquorice and smoke. Kept in an international style, this Tempranillo is full-bodied, ripe and moderately tannic. Expected maturity now until 2027.
