That's what Norbert says: The Perdu contains the following grape varieties, the composition of which can vary from vintage to vintage. The main grape varieties are Grenache, Carignan and Syrah. The wine is aged in 300-600 liter French oak barrels for 12 months. The nose shows aromas of raspberries, cherries, blueberries, cedar, smoked meat, liquorice and cloves. It has a wonderful balance and a very long aftertaste. We continue to see it at the peak of enjoyment for another five to ten years.
