A Sauvignon Blanc of soft tones, but all the louder mineral. Crisp, fresh gooseberry aromas move with lilac and green grass like in a big scent of rain and exude great pleasure. In the background, a very delicate, white floral scent, in the mouth you can already feel how salivating begins. But anyone who thinks that things will continue in the mouth is wrong. Suddenly there is a really mineral-looking wine on the tongue, you can immediately feel how it builds up a very fine grip and settles velvety on the palate. Somewhere far back, the white blossom tones reappear, some passion fruit, the rest is mineral. Expected maturity now until 2025.
