The traditional VDP company Aldinger is located in Fellbach, not far from the state capital of Stuttgart. Fellbach's oldest and best-known winery has existed since 1492. Since Gerd Aldinger took over the business in 1992 and switched to rigorous yield reduction and the cultivation of international grape varieties, the Aldinger winery has been in charge of the region. Subtle wood, some hazelnuts, sesame, straw flowers, aniseed rolls. On the palate, the wine has a lot of substance and excitement, a juicy acidity and powerful minerality.
